Full Paper Submission

Selected papers will be published in the special issues of "Vacuum", "Surface and Coatings Technology", and "High Entropy Alloys & Materials."

     

Submission Opening Dates:

  • Paper submission will open on October 26, 2025 for Surface and Coatings Technology (SCT) and Vacuum (VAC)
  • Paper submission will open on April 30, 2025 for High Entropy Alloys and Materials (HEAMs).

Submission Deadlines:The deadline for manuscript submission is

  • December 31, 2025 for SCT and VAC
  • November 30, 2025 for HEAMs.

Terms and Regulations of TACT2025 Full Manuscript Submission

  1. Only ONE FULL MANUSCRIPT is allowed to be submitted for each student registration, and TWO FULL MANUSCRIPTS for each regular registration.
  2. There is no length limitation for the full manuscript.
  3. All full manuscript submissions must be made via the Editorial Manager electronic submission system, which is used by journals including Surface and Coatings Technology (SCT), Vacuum (VAC), and High Entropy Alloys and Materials (HEAMs).
  4. The deadline for manuscript submission to ensure full consideration for publication is December 31, 2025, for SCT and VAC, and November 30, 2025, for HEAMs.

  6. Please download the MANUSCRIPT COVER LETTER-TACT2025 from this website and fill in all the required information, including your Abstract Number, Registration Number, and details of your manuscript. Please upload MANUSCRIPT COVER LETTER-TACT2025 together with your FULL MANUSCRIPT.
  7. Only those authors who completed both registration and presentation at the conference are eligible to be considered for publication of their manuscripts.
  8. The English and scope of your manuscript will be checked before the peer review process.
  9. All manuscripts will be peer-reviewed following the editorial procedures of the journals. The committee and organizers of the conference have no obligation to guarantee the final decisions of the manuscripts.
  10. Submission of the manuscript indicates that the manuscript represents original work and is not published or under consideration for publication in any form elsewhere. Submission also indicates that all the co-authors, if any, of the manuscript are notified and agree to this submission.
  11. Please suggest at least 3 reviewers to the authors during the manuscript submission process. At least TWO suggested reviewers are from English-speaking countries. Failure to do so may result in the delay of the reviewing process or even a refusal of your manuscript without further review.
