1. One registration fee includes access to all sessions and conference program. All submitted papers must register for regular presenters or presenting students.
2. All abstracts accepted for presentation and with paid regular or presenting student registration (prior Oct. 15, 2025) for TACT 2025 meeting will be printed in the abstract booklet. ONE abstract (oral or poster) is allowed for student registration and TWO abstracts (ONE oral and/or ONE poster) are allowed for each regular registration.
3. Papers not registered prior Oct. 15, 2025 will not be listed in the conference program.
4. On-site registration will be available by cash payment only.
5. Refund Policy
   • Cancellations made on or before September 30 will receive an 80% refund of the registration fee.
   • Cancellations made between October 1 and October 15 will receive a 50% refund.
   • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after October 16.
